Focus Area
How is your body actually aging, and where is risk accumulating silently?
One number built from four measured axes: cardiorespiratory fitness (VO₂ max), grip strength, metabolic age derived from nine blood biomarkers, and vascular age. Each axis is computed with a published, mortality-validated instrument — nothing is inferred from a questionnaire, no epigenetic input is used, and every axis is modifiable, so the number moves when you do the work. The composite itself is a communication tool, not a validated clock; the validated science lives in the axes beneath it. Recalculated at every reassessment, axis by axis.
DNA methylation-based biological age testing that measures the gap between your chronological and biological age. Included with Journey membership, where serial measurement reveals your trajectory; available to Foundation members as an optional add-on.
Integrated assessment across advanced bloodwork, imaging, body composition, and physician interpretation. Delivered as your Valincare Dossier — a synthesized clinical portrait of your biology, risk profile, and the most meaningful opportunities for intervention.

Standard cholesterol panels miss the biomarkers that actually predict heart attacks. We don't.
ApoB, lipoprotein(a), oxidized LDL, hs-CRP, and metabolic markers that stratify true atherosclerotic risk — not the crude approximations of a basic lipid panel. Interpreted by your physician in the context of your imaging and family history.
Coronary artery calcium scoring as a baseline risk stratification tool, with appropriate cardiac imaging for members where clinical indication warrants further evaluation. Imaging is a data point — physician judgment determines what it means.
Focus Area
Earlier detection. Structured surveillance. No false reassurance.
A layered cancer screening approach combining evidence-based guidelines, advanced imaging pathways, and selected biomarker tools. Our goal is not to test everything — it is to detect what matters, earlier than standard care would find it, with physician-guided interpretation at every step.
Non-contrast whole-body MRI for the detection of occult malignancy and incidental pathology. A physician-reviewed imaging study — not a consumer product. Findings are discussed in detail, with structured follow-up for any clinically significant result.
Focus Area
How much physiological reserve do you actually have — and how do you protect it?
VO₂ max via cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET), multi-stage lactate threshold testing, DEXA body composition, resting energy expenditure, focused performance labs, and a 45-minute physician debrief. Concludes with your Vector Report, a consolidated performance profile for you and your coach.
Already have a trainer or coach? Keep them — we don't compete with the professionals who train you; we arm them. Your Vector Report translates clinical-grade physiology into training terms: measured zones, thresholds, and body composition your coach can program against, with reassessment to prove the work is working.
Sessions based on the Original Strength® system, focused on restoring foundational movement patterns through developmentally grounded exercises. Designed for individuals with chronic pain, stiffness, or those returning to movement after inactivity.
Evaluation of posture, gait, and movement behavior to identify contributors to pain, stiffness, or functional limitation. Findings are reviewed with individualized recommendations.
Chef-prepared meals designed to support metabolic health, recovery, and physical performance. Prepared by a professionally trained chef with experience serving elite athletes. Meals align with Valincare’s clinical strategies for protein adequacy, glycemic stability, and recovery.

Your brain is the asset you cannot replace. Know where you stand. Build a defense.
Standardized evaluation of memory, processing speed, executive function, and attention. Establishes a quantitative baseline that allows longitudinal tracking — detecting decline when it is subtle, not when it is obvious. Included with Journey membership.
An integrated approach to protecting brain health through vascular risk management, metabolic management, sleep architecture, physical activity, and targeted supplementation where evidence supports it. Built around your individual risk factors.

Hormonal change is real, measurable, and treatable. It deserves diagnostics and evidence — not dismissal.
A structured clinical assessment of symptoms, targeted hormonal and metabolic labs, DEXA bone density when indicated, and cardiovascular risk reframing for the menopausal transition. The goal is a clear picture of what is changing, what it means, and what is actually worth treating.
When clinically indicated, hormone therapy is initiated with individualized dosing, a candid discussion of benefits and risks grounded in current evidence, and structured follow-up testing to evaluate response, safety, and tolerability. Treatment is never assumed — and never withheld reflexively.
Structured physician-led evaluation of hormone status for all adults — thyroid, testosterone, and related axes — with targeted biomarker assessment. When therapy is clinically indicated, care includes prescriptions and follow-up testing to evaluate response, safety, and tolerability.
Focus Area
Sustained weight loss is a physiology problem, not a character problem. We treat it that way.
A 90-day closed-loop program integrating physician-directed metabolic management, 180 chef-prepared meals, 24 one-on-one strength and mobility sessions, dedicated health coaching, and pre/post DEXA body composition analysis. Pharmacologic support, including GLP-1 therapy, when clinically indicated. Enrollment is capped.
DEXA body composition, resting metabolic rate, and targeted metabolic labs establish where your physiology actually stands before any intervention begins — and quantify the change afterward. Fat loss without muscle loss is the objective, and it can only be verified by measurement.
Focus Area
Sleep is a pillar of metabolic health, cognitive performance, and long-term disease risk — and it is measurable.
Sleep architecture, circadian timing, and autonomic regulation are evaluated over a structured 90-day medical intervention. Includes at-home diagnostic testing, board-certified sleep physician review, targeted behavioral and pharmacologic support, and structured reassessment.
Focus Area
Physician-guided skin and hair restoration focused on structural renewal rather than cosmetic concealment.
A 90-day physician-led protocol combining clinical-grade microneedling with regenerative biologics (PRP, PRF, exosomes, growth factors, PDRN) to stimulate collagen and elastin production.
Periodic maintenance for members who have completed Skin Renewal. A single reinforcement session spaced to respect natural turnover cycles. Typically every four months.
A 90-day induction program for early-stage hair loss. Physician-led scalp evaluation with dermatoscopic mapping, precision pharmacologic management, and three monthly regenerative scalp injection treatments (PRP).
A six-month, multi-modal hair restoration program alternating regenerative injection therapy with microneedling and targeted biologics. Includes scalp preparation at every visit and integrated pharmacologic management.
Recovery
Recovery services and manual therapy that support function, tissue integrity, and physiologic resilience.
A private recovery space within the clinic: a sauna delivering both traditional Finnish heat and red-light infrared, a cold plunge for contrast therapy, and a shower to finish. The Suite is complimentary for members on every visit — simply reserve it when you book.
Medical-grade IV hydration, physician-guided metabolic support, focused massage therapy, and time in the Restoration Suite. A targeted intervention for post-travel fatigue, migraine recovery, or acute physiologic depletion.
Personalized manual therapy focused on mobility, pain management, and recovery. Sessions may incorporate sports massage, deep tissue, and soft tissue techniques tailored to your movement patterns and clinical goals. Available in 50- and 80-minute sessions.
Breathing patterns influence autonomic balance, exercise tolerance, and recovery. This assessment evaluates respiratory mechanics and provides individualized instruction in techniques designed to support physiologic regulation.
Advanced
Selectively applied longevity interventions requiring longitudinal physician oversight. Available to Journey and Continuum members where sufficient clinical data and monitoring capacity exist.
Rapamycin is an mTOR inhibitor with emerging relevance to aging biology. This protocol provides a structured evaluation, laboratory review, and detailed discussion of benefits, risks, and evidence limitations. Therapy is off-label and undertaken only with ongoing physician supervision.
An emerging intervention aimed at reducing senescent cells that contribute to chronic inflammation and tissue decline. Delivered as a brief, defined exposure with structured pre- and post-assessment. Human clinical evidence remains early and limited.
